You can get them about anywhere! probably the most common place to look would be a walmart. I got one from there it was about 15 dollars I believe.
the pillow case size measuresΒ 21" x 60", which is standard length for body pillow size! almost any body pillow will fit unless you get a child's sizedΒ by pillow!
