SAI and Gimp. :3 I would use Photoshop, but I'd have to download the trial every time.

I've always heard Sai is better for lineart. Never tried it before though.

Well with Sai, there is a lineart layer button. If you make a lineart layer, you can stop if you mess up and move the lines around. But I prefer to use a normal layer with the pen tool and stabilizer.

Nnnnngggghhhhh.....I understood none of that. Lol well, I got the gist of it at least. I guess Sai is a bit more drawing friendly and PS is a bit more paint friendly. I dunno.
