I usually create individual frames in Paint Shop Pro 8 and assemble the animation in Animation Shop 3 because those are the tools I have. I'm not really a fan of this workflow because Animation Shop is terrible, and editing anything after the animation has already been assembled is a nightmare. The next time I do pixel art animation, I'm probably going to experiment with GraphicsGale to see if that works better for me.

Also, I made BLU version of your Engi and Lvl 1 sentry, I was going to ask if I could upload it, but then I made a dumbass mistake and didn't save. Now it's gone. It took me about two hours to make those damn things.
