I am always good and normally well, I have recovered from a couple of surgeries on my right arm and can straighten it after 20yrs of having it stuck bent!! What a difference, honestly it is like being given back a new limb!!
How's things with you and your healing? all Good I hope!! and the wedding plans too...when is the big day? Great to see you are HAPPY!! Stay cool!! alz.

life here is well, I am healing daily. I have been taking acpuncture and its really lovely for my back and neck. I have taken up a new form of art, its painting shoes. why only sport art on walls.... why not wear them every day?! haha its treating me well. so is planning for the wedding. Thats this August, and I am in the process of getting all the details worked out.
never an easy task.. lol
