good hair is really difficult to achieve... I think that its mainly about layering and adding things and elements gradually, start with HB and create background layers... and start working with that base, than add som key elements like hair wisps with eraser and than start adding dark colors and step by step create final hair... and lot of patience

but this is like my method and everyone else have different approach
just draw and draw and you'll find your technique
