Current Residence: Base #3187 at Route 50A strange girl indeed. The internet has been her home for a long time, but she has not settled and garnered the fame she wishes for at any one place, which upsets her a little. Hello! I'm so tired! But CTMC was so fun! At least toward the end. I'm sorry you guys didn't come, with your homecoming and all. I am looking forward to this Saturday when we go to another contest AND we have our homecoming. ^^ I'm excited about it!

Ahhhhhh. Oh well. Band IS hard. CTMC is one of the marching competitions we compete in. Our school hosts it every year. Schools like Cove and Midway come to compete for awards. Since we hosted it, we weren't competing, but we still played for critiques. You guys were supposed to come, but with yout homecoming, your band director decided not to, I guess.
High School's been pretty hard. I'm pretty lucky to even get on now! Lately I've been swamped with homework, and away games and pep rallies DO NOT HELP! Band is really what pushes me, since I have to stay eligible for UIL checks in order to march. It is pretty fun.

Well, that's understandable. I have had tons of practices lately because UIL is tomorrow(OH NOES). We also don't have a football game today, since it's our by-week, so I get to rest for UIL.
OMG guess what? You know I play the flute and stuff, right? Well, UIL grade check was on the 2nd, and MANY clarinets failed off. Since I supposedly have good marching skills and do what is told, our woodwind colonel move me to march AS A CLARINET. It's cool that I march a different instrument, but I don't play AT ALL. I just hold a clarinet and march. I guess that's a good thing, since I can focus on my marching to make the show better-marching's one of our less-impressive things.
And there's nobody else over at Grey Wolf country for you to talk to? Maybe you could join the Otaku club over there-you might meet more people like you. ^^

Thats good to hear. When I was in band camp I was told that I could march with a clarinet and not play since oboes arent made for marching(The long reed makes it hard)
Ive heard about that club but I dont think that will help me talk more.
