In this situation, Reciprocating means to "do something back for a person because they did somethin for you first". Like, what I meant with that is, that, although I did favorited some of ur drawings and watched ur gallery, it doesn't mean you have to feel obliged to do it too, only if you wish to. And if you wish to, that's absolutely nothing wrong with that, I'd be really glad actually, it may mean u do like my drawings, but nevertheless, I still must make sure to advise you to not do it only for feeling "obliged", but becuz u want to. I always do that, it's somethin of mine personality I guess, just bein silly.

About the group, indeed, I pursue some people to join hahaa but a few actually participate, I try to make the group as nice as possible for everyone! I'm sorry, this last week I got caught in some fandom drama (with ships and characters of Saint Seiya) so I decided to no further any conversation about Saint Seiya for a while. In fact, I would leave the fandom but in tumblr, because everyone fights about silly issues and It evolves into a huge drama, so I got a little tired overall.
Oh I didn't know that! I didn't know how to reach you, so that's why I wrote emails. Frist one was silly, about wanting to share with you my mature drawings of Ikki x Shun that I uploaded here, the second was about the contributor thing.
I guess I'm old-schooled that I still use e-mails lol
I don't really use facebook, because most of my acquaintances used Whatsapp to communicate and no one facebook lol
I understand, I check my mail daily because I have only two accounts haha
About the group messages: sadly, it's not me who sent them, it's DevianArt! I have no idea you too received the invitations I made! So I can't re-send them but maybe tell this person to apply again
Contributors just help to run the blog and can collaborate with fanwork and ideas, blogs etc. They are supposed to be the most active members.
I have the same problem, my language is Spanish, and sometimes DA can be confusing. I don't know what are the llamas or other badges for, but commissions means someone is willing to do fanwork for you if you pay a price (that each persons settles) ex: I could ask for an Ikki x Shun pic, but I'd have to pay the person ;U;

As I have said before, fighting over fandom personal opinions and canon or non canon couples are just unaceptable for me, it is as clear as the day that everybody is entitled to their own opinion, one should not hate or shame upon the other just cuz of a different taste of couple/character/view, it's only going to do make u feel frustrated, sad, angry or probably tired, so I do not recomend it, nobody is ever going to change their own tastes just to please one another, like myself, I do freekin hate Esmeralda, but I'll never force you to hate her too just for my satisfaction, u are free to love her and draw her wherever u wish to, whenever u want to, and I have no saying in that. It's just how things are, there is no use "crying" about it~
My, my, what can I say, I don't really like whatsapp, I do not frequently use my cell phone, just have it for eventual issues and emergencies, so if you do not use/like facebook, I guess u only can contact me here on deviant art on the private notes, wich aren't really that bad, just a little bit unusual.
Yeah, please, tell the potential contributor to apply again so I can give my properly aceptance in the matter, didn't know I had to do that before, I'll fix it if I can.
Well, I didn't exactly knew what a contributor meant and did before, and I'm not a really active designer, my drawings go through long term creative blockings, they do not come out all that easily, I just don't wake up and say, wow, Imma drawing a Saga/Aphrodite design today just cuz somebody told me so or cuz I need to, etc... No, actually, when I NEED to draw, it comes out really haaaaaaaaaarder than when I do not need to, just want to. I don't work very well under pressure or expectances, I'm so sorry for that, I don't think I can really be contributing with my own drawings that much at all, but I really can do somethin else to help, like sending group invitations, giving group ideas and challenges, I think I can do that, If I am properly instructed how to and when to, so if u need anything or some help, need only ask. I thought contributor was someone whose indicated favorites and artworks to the group, though... Oh, well...

I don't think u say stupid things, u can say to me whatever u wish to or think to, I'm a very relatively open minded person and I'm very compreensive too, and when I listen to something I don't like, I usually just let it pass me by, so there is no use for u to feel that self conscious at all. That's what I think.
Well the part of "Incest is disgusting" "incest is wrong" is a very overrated speech by now, I'm so, so indiferent at this type of opinion that it hardly matter anymore, what's important for me, is what I like and what I accept, and people that do like and accept similar things, the ones whose do not like and do not accept it what I support, I couldn't care any less. I KNOW! i completely agree with you, no matter what I do, I can't make other people ship the same ships or like the same characters, but you see, in tumblr you sometimes make a personal post and people come to fight you, it's honestly really tiring and silly, because everyone is entittled to their own preferences. I don't like for example Milo/Camus but I'm not going to hate on people that like the couple, the problem arose when someone said "they were married" and all the fandom thinks that. So I said I didn't ship them, so the drama started, more people complaint and the original poster felt like we were attacking them just because we said we didn't like the ship etc, I became really irritated by the tumblr way of dealing with these issues so I prefer much better being here on DA, people just don't complain as much as they do on tumblr. Plus, tumblr is full of brats lol so they take everything as a personal attack.
And well, I'm often ignored over there lol most of users have their groups of friends that support them, but my fanart often gets unnoticed, and since people hate Ikki/Shun, they just ignore it

Hahah that's funny. Yes, you can't force yourself to do fanart if you don't feel like it. I may do commissions in a future but I always worry that someone asked me to draw something I hate (like a ship for example) and I'll have to refuse haha or if they don't like how the work is done and don't want to pay etc.

I had bad times with the fandom on tumblr, but here on DA I have found really nice people who have similar tastes. Like here I can say I don't like Camus without anyone having a discourse on how wrong I am. Or I can tell people that I don't care about spin-offs that focus on the gold saints because I prefer the bronce saints or the mariners without people feeling offended because trust me, in tumblr everyone gets so deffensive about everything it's tiring.

You know, I was thinking about why the Ikki x Shun couple is unpopular, not only Shun but also it seems our phoenix has little to none fans, sadly (or people are fan of him but with Esmeralda) I mean I joined an Ikki's group here, and there was a contest... I was the only participant! Can you believe it? I don't know why Ikki is not that popular considering he is an important character. That and the fact that most fangirls prefer Hyoga so the Hyoga/Shun ship is more accepted/liked (I personally don't ship them, I see them as good friends)

OMG I'm similar, but just the opposite: I accept Shun only with Ikki but accept other ships for Ikki, like Esmeralda, Pandora, even with Hyoga's. I guess I identify more with Ikki so I get so jealous when I see "my" Shun with other men (or women) ahah I'm passionate about that, really! So we're not that different, I guess. For me Shun is untouchable, only his brother can have him. I'm unfair too that's a reason why I hate that they changed the Libra house's scene, because most Hyoga/Shun shippers use that as proof of their love. Whatever!
Once I read a fic of Shun dating Hyoga, but then Ikki has sex with Shun (he cheats on Hyoga) and Shun decided to stay with his brother, I loved it!

Yes! There is no way Hyoga/Shun is better than Ikki/Shun! Other fans say they don't like the incest so they ship Hyoga/Shun, but you know? In the manga, the bronze saints are all siblings, so for me, they ship incest too
What can we do? Not so much, only maintain tha activity on the group so the few that ship them don't leave haha.
