I was feeling kinda shitty because of an injury/anxiety issues. I think I just kinda had my true self stifled for a while and so I just needed to go back to the way I was before all the crap happened.

I reminded myself of the good days and I told myself I would bring them back. I took a lot of bus rides, explored parks/trails. I made new friends and linked up with the old ones. I meditated and focused myself to be the way I was before I fell into the "trap" of lies.

As for the shoulder I did PT and rest. I think I started healing late because I was under a lot of stress and I needed to accept myself.
