By the way, fair mistress, Keira and I are donning some Victorian attire and mooching around Worthing at some point, and could really do with a proper photographer around if you be interested. All pictures taken you can put on your DeviantArt account (although Keira and I will too, hehe) you may also come in costume if you so wish, or just laugh at us being yelled at by chavs. Also, Keira will love you forever, as he is so excited by this project I actually worry he may explode before we get it finished. I think it's probably my fault somehow. But don't worry about it. If he needs me I'll get a text or a call and my heart will leap within my chest and all this injustice will be forgotten in the blink of an eye.

Well, the short and the short of it (oh God, that's almost a pun, I'm so terrible) is that his fingers weren't entirely chopped off, just hanging by a little flesh and tendon. And it was only about halfway on three fingers. And they've all been sewn back on and healed with considerable pain and bandaging and not being able to use the hand. Now the only finger still in bandages is his middle one, because the NHS mucked up and didn't sort that finger out properly, so the end of it died. Therefore they had to remove the very tip of his middle finger. Other than that, he was everything back as it was plus some impressive scarring.
Isn't it awful I know so much about this? Slap me.

... wait you fancy him? yeah i can see why but also he has what i have come to call the t complex, for reasons im sure you can guess.
he'll be your friend but on his terms, and only when he needs you. this is a tragic failing for alot of men, and sadly you just have to put up with it until they stop being dicks or you cant stand it any longer.
anyhoo, i will always love you, without reservation, whether or not you smack my bottom.

I've fancied him since Year 9, I think. And it's kind of been a general mutual fanciness, but we never went anywhere with it. First off it was because we kept missing each other and were never both single at the same time, and now we know each other too well. I'll probably still fancy him as well as platonically loving him and generally caring about him long into oldness and greyness, but there's nothing much I can do about that. I wouldn't want to change that. It's just I've never had radio silence from him before, and I'm in the wobbly transition phase of getting used to it.
PS: For decent pics of me, have a rustle through my Facebook profile. That's the best I can offer, and it's there and easy to access. Looking forward to the benefits of being High Priestess to the Goddess Phib...well, aside from the obvious

No worries. I vented my frustrations to the Samaritans after texting you, and after crying lots and then drinking two Actimel I felt a lot better.
Turns out a big part of it may have been PMS. Well...I don't know exactly when PMS is supposed to kick in, but if it's two or three days before that's good. Means I'm not a psycho.
