I give many tips for a good makeup. For school girls, I would take subtle make-up and for others (Pokemon) characters would you take rather take flashy makeup.

You need a foundation. Can you the brand catrice? Its a good makeup-brand and cheap brand

a concealer --> eyerings? X'D I don't know!! You make this on pimple, and dark eyesrings?! X'D

Okay.. you need a good transparent powder ^^ [link] and c

When you have done this way. Let's start with your eye makeup.
I need a primer for your eyes. Can you NYX Eyeshadow Base? It's a good and cheap base for your eyesshadow makeup. ^^
You make this on your eyes and make your eyeshadow on this base. ^^ Your eye shadow last longer in the eye and your makeup is intensive!

You make with a eyeliner your lines and mascara *^*
Your cheek with intensiv pink rouge and you are finish your makeup *^*
