# About me

Hello to everyone who happens to end up in my "area" and welcome !
My works are not as amazing as so many deviant users out there (that work as great inspiration), as I am new to paint and the like. But I do hope they are to your liking.
I usually would stick to pencil, black and white, but lately I have been wanting to take the "risk" and experience the coloring. First with color pencils and now I am starting to use watercolors.
Coming up with a name for my deviant was... tough I suppose. I had an specific name in my mind, but unfortunately there is someone out there who has it already (I'LL HUNT YOU DOWN!... not really :D), so I started to match up japanese words together, trying to get a name that has a meaning.
The result: Ayachi-Ren, which means "thousand colors lotus"... well I hope so because the other meaning could be "A thousand colorful Loti"... and I certainly meant one lotus :P
Then again maybe I created something completely different that doesn't make sense (noooo!).

If I separate the words it would come out as:
Aya- The color
Chi- one thousand
Ren- Lotus

As for my name, Semi, it is a short from Semiramis.

My posts would most probably be very slow, but I shall do my best to post my works now and then.
