you're very welcome, I really like some pieces that you have, not only the digital pieces but also the style of some of your sketches.

Thanks you for posting up such great work. I seen a lot of your illustrations on a stock site and really love the look you have going on. It's a look that I'm working on myself, and have found very few people are that talented at it seems. I found a large set of different tapered edged brushes and have been working for a while to create something similar from scratch. Do you have a certain process you go by? Thanks for inspiring me, keep up the great work. I would love to hear back from you sometime.

Thank you for the compliments. I really appreciate it. Glad to know I inspired someone other than my kids. They too want to grow up and be an artist.
As far as a tapered edge brush, I would like to see what exactly you were trying to achieve and maybe I could help out. Send me an email and I can suggest some techniques I use that might help.

I don't think I have, I was just trying to get some inspiration for doing a fake book cover and I liked the look of it so I added it as a fav.

no, thank you for posting up the nice pieces you have up. I really like your style and I have been working on simulating acrylic on digital and so far found that it is very possible. I will have to add some of your other images as favorites as well. It's from people like yourself that I continue to learn new things from constantly and small intricate techniques. Keep up the good work!

You're very welcome, thank you for the inspiration. I have a class project that I'm currently working on and I went through all of the editorial illustrations. I love the way you had it angled. I want to do something like that myself. My instructor spoke on wanted us to use a great but to also be able to break it wide open and with something like that I think it would definitely work, but I plan on probably not slanting the actual information. I have some ideas, and I have you to think for that, I appreciate it a lot.

you're welcome, I'm diving into trying to create my own custom typeface. I've gone through the tutorial you've commented on as well with the stone sour piece but do you have any other suggestions? Any advice would be awesome lol. I am looking to make 4 logos to go in my portfolio.
