How do i get it to go under???? I'm using pen and it sucks to collor. I did the outline in color, (editing) but I don't know how to make it perfect on the inside with colur.

OKAY. So you do the lineart in the lineart layer, right? the layer with the pen. So then you click and drag the layer with color on it to underneath the Lineart layer in the little box.
