# About me
I’m a classically trained artist and teacher having earned my BFA in art education with a concentration in drawing. I taught in the public school system for 7 years. Currently I teach on the college level teaching drawing for the graphic design program, for the adult enrichment program, and for homeschool groups. I also have my own private students. I am an award winning artist who has been painting for over 5 years now. I have built a thriving business focused on education and commission work in those 5 years. My focus has been predominantly in traditional media like acrylic, watercolor, and oil along with pencil, pen and ink, and charcoal. In the past 6 months I’ve shifted my focus to digital drawing and painting in an effort to develop my illustrative skills. In 5 years I’ve done and sold about 500 paintings, drawings, drypoint and linoleum prints, and now including digital paintings. I am constantly pushing to challenge myself to improve and learn new techniques and media in an effort to continually advance.# Comments

Oh, it depend of what kind of scene I work. For a normal scene (render time include) it's finish in one hour. For more complicate scene, a few days or a week.

That’s pretty impressive. I’m averaging about 3-7 hours per painting from start to finish. I was curious because it seems like even with the simpler work there’s still a lot of rendering that has to be done.
