I know but I readen DA rules.
They says you can't use images without permission of the owner. And that's the same with anime, etc.
You can do it on other sites but here nope :/

I know it's strange but they think it is.
When I was 15 I have recoloured a lot of images from anime but a girl mentioned me in a journal of thieves and one my friend told me it was better delete all deviations like them.
As I said it's strange but it's a rule of this site

Ohh maybe its like when you simply re-colour the original image without changing anything (like replacing them with your ocs) then it's tracing? But if you use it as a base or reference and draw your own characters over them it's different? Lol idk man

Well if you use a base like the bases on DA it's ok because you have the permission of the people to use them.
But if you use as a base an image from an anime isn't ok here
