i was thinking of a character loosely based off of Higgs - with the golden mask + cloak/hood, but he'd be vry tall and skinny boi, with four arms and long claws; def have tar (? idk what the liquid in the game is kshglsagahlk) coming from every where his body, and he be extra terrifying
