You do realize I was a fairly senior and established member there (after some of the purges I was in gallery what? 40 or so, my own bit full to near max with modestly popular pictures) until I was kicked out for pointing out in public that the insane head mod had (and might I add still has) blatantly rule breaking pictures in her own EW gallery...
Still not to suggest that every EW mod is an insane hypocritical petty lunatic like "everybody loves her" Eliza. I got on quiet welll with some of you lot.

Yes, I realize who you are...I was there during the final LiveJournal battles in the Disgruntled Elfwoodians Journal. In fact, I stood up for Eliza at first, but then I browsed her gallery and realized my mistake and then took your side- though it was too late. I sent you an e-mail, actually...apologizing for the things that I had said and such but you never responded, so I gave up but I have your LJ bookmarked.
Not all the mods are insane, but there are certainly a few, but that is what happens. Can't have the good without the bad and vice versa, you know?
And thank you for the compliment on the chibi mermaid...I'm quite happy with her. She is fun to draw, but she absolutely refused to wear clothing in that picture. SIlly mermaid ^_^. Oh, and thanks for the +fav on the Chibi Parade pic! *huggles*

Yeah, I kinda picked up you may have been around when I wandered through some links from your gallery here... (and when I felt a vague niggling of memory on some of your pictures)
I recall getting an email or two (not many) from some folks, which I don't recall clearly (but think I did not) reply to (except for perhaps one?), but your description of the content doesn't ring a bell so likely it was lost in the mail? (or my sieve like memory).
As for the mermaid... damnit I like her, and its not just because she's naked (which is as big a draw card for me as bright colors and and shiny things)... its because she's naked AND cuddly, showing some cleavage, and most importantly looking mischevious and implying a certain doe eyed charm.
