No it's okay! All you have to do is send an e-mail to riot, i THINK its summoner_showcase@riotgames.com but i would recommend googling it. you can send them a link with things like your IGN, small description, things like that

Yes. I would like them to be based off of Snake Eyes from GI Joe, except that they are female instead of male, show some more skin than snake eyes, no guns (all weapons are blades), and look sleeker. That's my only request . Otherwise, go nuts with it. I am not sure quite how I want them to look.
