Your deviantart account is still young, so no wonder there are so few comments

My only advise is to keep drawing a lot and posting various pics (Portraits, lanndscapes,animals, Fan arts, etc.) so everyone can really judge your true art style.

You know how to draw basic manga faces, so I think it's a good start!
Don't give up and your efforts will pay off!
(I know it sounds cliche but.. that's it)

I use Krita at the moment, since it's free, very complete and a good alternative to photoshop.
But I also use SAI for fun.
