I tried to make a CGA background but I scrapped it immediately and deleted it because I wasn't satisfied how it went. The limited colour palette was a bit too limiting for me.
From the looks of Neopets I guess I won't draw anything of that (unless I get a commission).

Ich benutze hauptsächlich Debian unstable/experimental aber ich habe neulich Arch Linux ins Herz geschlossen, das ich auf meinem Heimserver installiert habe.

Naja... Rolling Release mag ich ja, aber Debian ist halt eine Distro, die extrem gut unterstützt wird und eine große Menge an Software bietet. Da ich eh noch Experimental Pakete installiert habe, bin ich einem Rolling Release ziemlich nahe, wobei ich mir wünschte, dass die KDE Pakete zeitnäher upgedatet würden.
Ich mag aber auch Arch, aber da gibt es nich so viel Software im offiziellen Repository und das AUR ist mit "packer" nur eine Behelfslösung. Besonders bei meinem Pogoplug POGO-E02 hatte ich auch keine andere Möglichkeit etwas anderes als Arch zu installieren. Bereut habe ich es dennoch nicht Arch darauf installiert zu haben, wobei ich bei einem Upgrade mir das ganze System zerschossen habe, als Arch entschied den Standort der core utils zu verschieben. Zum Glück brauche ich nicht viel auf meinem Homeserver (Samba, HTTP Server mit PHP und SQLite für Owncloud, pyLoad, Torrent, SSH).

More deviations on a page? I can live with the amount of deviations right now.
Customizing my page and journals? Do I look like a weirdo and change the plain simple and elegant design of dA?
Giving critique and receiving critique? You can do this already in the comments section. Most of the critiques I've seen on dA are just long comments without any trace of a real a critique in them.
The rest is just as crappy for someone who is just a hobbyist and don't use dA extremely.

I haven't seen internet ads for a long time. I have an ad blocker, I block most javascript with noscript and I block cookies.
After disabling everything I see only here a car ad.
Being a little hipster isn't soo bad. As a nerd (as I am one) I like sometimes strange things that only few people like and sharing these so other people know that these exist. But being a hipster has limitations.
Nerdy t-shirts: yes. Leather jackets: yes. Fedora: NOOOOO. Looking like a homeless person: NOOOOOOOO!

I only hate when people don't see that they look stupid just for the sake to follow a trend. Face lifting, blown-up lips, mega boobs, stupid ass tattoos, wearing clothes that don't fit physically (e.g. pants to the knees) or visually (e.g. no sense for matching colors like the typical hipster doesn't have).

I wear the "emo" style because I like it. I think it's comfortable and I don't do any of that make-up junk. People keep asking me why I don't put on make-up, which frustrates me to the point that I had to retort with a comment involving duckfaces on Instagram.
