About the program SAI,... Can we use it to tracing a draw, like the way we use the tracing paper?

SAI is much like programs such as GIMP or Photoshop, but it is more focused on just the drawing features, since it doesn't have many filters or anything like that. It also is built to run with some sort of digitizer, like a tablet.
