2p!Wizard Witch Russia is the childhood friend counterpart of 1p!Wizard Witch Russia,and he is known to love his 1p counterpart more than anything in the world and hates anybody who would dare try to let harm befall his 1p he is very protective of him to no avail plus 2p!Wizard Witch Russia is necessary to maintain his 1p in balance in other words 2p!Russia is known to be the Yang to 1p Russia's Yin and without each other they can become very unstable,but the elders of each of their sect keep them seperated when they were children which in turn made both Country wizards unbalanced.
So 2p!Wizard Witch Russia comes up with a plan to be close to his 1p when he gets older,so now everytime in secret both Russians run off to meet each other when the elders of each their sects are not around and yes as 2p!Wizard Witch Russia promised he found a way to find his 1p again and both are now insepperable and this led to both these Russian wizards to fall in love with each other again and marry each other in secret while still being students under the wing of their masters or mentors/teachers...They keep their Union in marriage secret from their sects cus magicians of Light Magic and Dark Magic were never meant to be together but these 2 were meant to be together cus they are both each other's halfs,the only people that do know about the marriage of these 2 is their most trusted and closests friends only,who have weaknesses for true love.
2p!Wizard Witch Russia is also known to be the most strongest wizard amongst his classmates and the "Dark Wizard King" has great expectations for him just as the "King of the "Wizards of the Light" has great expectations for 2p!Wizard Witch Russia's 1p!...Plus 2p Russia himself is like his 1p when it comes to making money magically appear for people that wish for it but unlike for his 1p it very well looked upon by the dark wizards as awesome,fun and entertaining.

I Hate RoChu to the Fiery Pit Of Hell,China does not like Russia in the anime nor in the manga at all,And Yes China May Have Been Communist But It Does Not Mean He Likes Russia Or Wants Anything To Do With Him,Plus Countries Are Known To Use Eachother For Their Own Personal Gains And When The Time Comes When They Get The Power They Want Be Rid Of Them And be serious people he does not even want Russia near him.
I hate RusEng to the Fiery Pit Of Hell,besides Russia does not like England at all in the anime nor in the manga,be serious people,besides Russia himself has always said that he still wishes to "Punch England's Lights Out" if that is not dislike then i dunno what is.
