I really appreciate your honesty and desire to help the art community. I'm searching for ways to do that as well, and you've made me reconsider posting journals. I had avoided it because I thought "Who cares what I have to say?", and I don't like putting a lot of personal info online. Your writing is a good example of authenticity without too many personal details, and people really do care about what you're saying!
