Amm.. I don't know how to explain that in english (or if I wrote it correctly... I guess not xD), but the meaning I got about a filia is "something you like the practice/see and excites you at the pount you become addict"

My OC: Nova

My OC (with the mouth part of his mask off) hugging Sari's leg, trying to kiss her, but he can't reach her face, with Sari trying to hold in a laugh, and with them both blushing.
My OC is a human with normal peach skin, his cheeks, chin, and lower nose should be showing.
P.S. My OC is extremely short, he come's up to Sari's knee.
