Mad Players is a group of 4 italian guys who are creating Rise, a fantasy pen and paper role-playing game with steampunk influences.We have developed our own system of rules, the TriaD System, on which the entire game is based.
The system is very broad and free that allows players to create any kind of character without the usual restrictions based on classes, in a nutshell similar to the tipology of character developed in the Elder's Scroll saga.
We have created a magic system which allows the players to construct their own spells, an alchemy system for all kind of potion and a body modification system to construct steampunk characters.
We are very proud of this game and we are in sight of the finish line for the first draft and very impatients to begin the beta tests.
In this page we put the drawings for the rules manual which we and ours helpers made in the past months.
