I haven't worn Naito much, but right after I do, I usually point a huge fan at the partial (sleeves, handpaws, head) and let everything air out. I also use Woolite and hand wash my sleeves and handpaws (though I believe they can be put into the washing machine too), and hang them to dry.
For his head, I use an antibacterial spray after it's dried, let it air out some more, and then put some dryer sheets into it (head and muzzle) before storing. He's still nice and fresh, considering the fact that I danced in him.
One thing to note is that you should NEVER attempt to wash foam (it keeps moisture in very, very well, and can start to disintegrate/gather mold), and NEVER keep fursuit parts in a sealed bag after wearing them.

Guys are about the only things I can draw now TT_TT too many times my friends have berated me for making their girl characters so flat chested XD thank you!! I started drawing people pretty late so that matters a lot to me ;u; oh and if you're into using a tablet that much then you should seriously consider getting a Samsung Note 2/3

... I still have my Graphire 4 ever since I was 12 and it still works amazingly @o@ though with the Windows to Mac change I'm finding it hard to find a substitute for SAI Painter (which I love to bits), unless I get a copy of Windows and double-boot it with the MacBook. But Windows costs too much @_@
Probably when I start working next semester, perhaps... and then I can finally get a new tablet too?

I had a super old wacom from like 2002, so I decided it was time for an upgrade!
I'm too lazy to do all that stuff (though I would LOVE to have SAI) so I use Gimp because it is free...
I hope you can save up for a really nice tablet~!

I've been baffled with GIMP ever since I tried to switch, so I ended up just getting a G-pen instead XD SAI is still the best in my opinion, I hope they come up with a Mac version that can actually detect pen pressure because it's just amazing

Gimp has a mildly steep learning curve I guess, but I started with it and have used it for maybe 2 years now... This is only my second year drawing digitally, so I'm still learning a lot!
With my tablet, Gimp can detect pen pressure, which is super cool!
