how on earth did you get that shot of the bee? that is simply amazing (and impossible) focus!

For the shot of the bee you need much light and the exposure time shouldn't be longer than 1/1000 sec.
And you have to focus manual, the autofocus usually focuses the background and not the bee, because it's too small.
I think it's easier to focus the bee if you do a bit of the focusing by moving the camera for- and backward, because it's a bit faster than using the focus-ring.
