Hello, I saw your Minnie Taur lineart and I liked it. I have questions to ask you.
1. How long did it take you to get good at drawing lineart?
2 What materials do you use to make your art and linearts?
3. How long have you been an artist?

Holy cow people are asking me questions?? U-um....UM.....@_______@;;
I actually plan to update her lineart some, (that's old as hell right now but I gotta finish the other drawing first XD)
Well I guess I'll go in line of your questioning.
1. Um...well, I'd say forever? Ever since I was two years old I've been drawing (Yeah, I have proof, my mom kept one of my books I made back then XD) so, probably that's the best way to put it. I've been doing it all my life. To get specifically good at lineart really I first started out tracing many things to figure out line quality and to learn how do mimic other styles, then the better I got, the more I just drew on my own and practiced. I probably got the most workouts during my middle and high school years since it was an outlet for my anger...er...angst? Whatever they call that now adays. I was pretty good as school and I didn't have to much pay attention since I learned auditorially and through writing and drawing. Alot of my old notebooks are filled with doodles and randomness that make sense to me, but would probably need a codebreaker to figure out. Only class I had to pay attention in was math, and I still doodled because half the time it just made my head hurt. XD I don't draw near as much now, and I need to get back into the swing of it (rl sucks when it throws everything at you). I always wanted to be a cartoonist, so I focused mostly on simplistic style form rather than extremely realistic except when I needed it...so that probably helped too. Sooo...short answer, I've been doing it all my life, and I still don't think it's 'GOOD' to myself.
2. If I'm out somewhere, I do pencil and paper, but then I usually scan it in and work it all on photoshop. I use a bamboo tablet and use the various tricks I've learned in photoshop to do lining and stuff. I can also do it in illustrator and a number of other programs, but photoshop is what I have right now.
3. I guess forever? What really makes an artist but the belief they're making art? At 2 I would have said I was a picture drawer (or illustrator since that was a big word to me ) so probably all my life is the best way to put that? XD
