  After months of inactivity because exams are a thing, as well as graduation and the college application, et cetera et cetera, I finally posted something yaaaaaaaay~ I actually finished this before graduation

  I just generally loved this series of cards called "Ahsha" from a card game "Cardfight!! Vanguard". The way her deck plays is fun because, even though I hate the math, her deck makes enormous columns that are nearly impossible to guard. I barely win but that's fine.¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The design of the cards themselves are so gorgeous so props to their artist, Lack, for making them. Whether you're in for her plot or just the intricacy of every detail of her outfit, you're definitely gonna appreciate the beauty of their art. She has ranunculae (buttercups) okay? They're not roses

For this, I tried many things pretty new to me as I'd usually only use colour pencils but I tried using Dong-A My-Gel pens to add a bit of flavour to some parts like the flowers and the weapon (That is a hoe). I also learned that you can just use a shade of purple to add shadows because colour wheel shenanigans.༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ I got a lot of things wrong like the red Ahsha's hands and hoe. The red Ahsha's hoe honestly just looks like a cannon to me at this point. I was so lost with proportioning them to each other that I just gave up. (Don't be like me ) I also didn't bother defining the shadows with pen like I usually do because I was afraid that I'd screw it up or something.

So yeah! That's my drawing~ It's pretty much my last (probably not gonna be my last) hoorah for Vanguard because I'm quitting soon with them rebooting the series and literally WIPING ALL THE OLD CARDS FROM STANDARD PLAY BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP SO BAAAAD THAT NEW PLAYERS CAN'T CATCH UP!!! No digital version. No time ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) Anyways, I'll leave the references and stuff at the bottom so you can see the Ahsha cards, Lack and his other works.
