Walt and Anubis from the Kane Chronicles. Not much else to say here, other than I got this image in my head... I love mirror image pictures
If anyone's wondering about the ornateness of Walt's clothes, and the boringness of Anubis', I drew off Tutankhamun paintings for Walt, and I assumed having the job of an embalmer doesn't allow you to wear nice clothes very often. "Honey, what's this stain?" "Just more bile, Dear. Just get the Oxy Clean."Also, I refuse to use the term "Waltnubis", because that's totally a ship name. H.M.S. Waltnubis has set sail.
Thanks to my fabulous friend, , I have been granted a tablet for a period of time
I figured I should do a serious piece given this good fortune
Tomorrow I'll work on a Set picture again, because by the Gods, I love that guy
I might even practice that Thoth animation, too.....

I hated that twist in the book, I love this picture because the artwork is pretty great, but I still hated that part of the book.

It was a bit ridiculous.... I kind of wanted to see Sadie go through a bit of character development hen choosing who she liked most.... Kind of a jumping the shark, now that I think about it XD

No, that's why I was sad. Walt isn't Anubis's vessel. Anubis is Walt's life-source. So Anubis can't go anywhere, or Walt dies and Sadie would hate him. Walt would be in control.
