the main reason this character was even thought of was because of the movie Oliver Twist, seeing all those orphans being treated badly for no reason and Oliver being the brave boy he is and actually walking all the way to London inspired me to make...The victorian avenger! in an alternate universe where the victorian age never went away he was the man to save Orphans like oliver twist, he saved those kids yes he did!...and he's a vampire, but don't worry! he don't bite the children X3.
