Hehe, I don't really use tutorials with anything so I can't really say . Just JWildfire, flower bokeh enabled, a LOT of tinkering with parameters, cameras and gradients and just put the first two xforms to rotate and render enough frames per second to make it nice and smooth perfect loop without going over the dA submission limits <- short and very broad answer.
