Description
As a sort of a tribute to my favourite villain of all time, the Master
Pencil drawing of John Simm and Roger Delgado as the Master from Doctor Who. (For you who don't know this, they play the same character, Delgado was the first and Simm is the latest)
The thing about Delgado in this pic is that my reference didn't show the top of his head nor anything below his neck, so I'm improvising there... sorry if it's incorrect.
