I'm not much of a critique, but since you requested one here goes,
So to start, the characters expressions (especially their eyes) are easy to tell of their affection for each other.
It's good that you mainly focused on just the 2 complementary colours Blue and Orange. And the Shading is nicely done and not over the top.
It's really hard to really pick a fault, except maybe whether a background might be added or not to help visually show that it's cold where ever they are.
But then again, do you really need one?
Overall this is a great buddy artwork.
