Usagi's an accidental adventurer. Shit just happens around him. Comes from being a homeless Samurai.
Casey on the other hand is a batshit-crazy vigilante whose goofiness makes him only slightly less dangerous than Raphael.
I...can see stories involving these two, rather easily. Esp. in the trope-heavy world of the TMNT.
