Kiho and Dreamy's daughter, Neha

As a mermaid/smurf hybrid, her form changes depending on the presence or lack of water. If mostly dry, she'll have legs and feet. If water goes to the middle of her legs or higher, she'll turn into her mermaid form.

She doesn't dry out as quickly as a full merperson does, but still needs to keep well-hydrated. She can stay in her land form for several days with no problem, as long as she drinks plenty of salt water.

She tries to spend an equal amount of time in the ocean with Kiho, and in the village with Dreamy.

Her favorite thing is looking at the nighttime sky. She enjoys stargazing on the beach the most.
