Thanks to I decided to get out of my comfort zone when it comes to skin colour and go all orange/yellow/brown.I've never felt very comfortable working in these colours + I have a thing for the very pale skin when it comes to drawing.
It was interesting to do this and I definitely got even more in the Autumn mood. I am very much looking forward to Autumn, it somehow suits my mood a lot lately. Until then I will draw Autumn.
The drawing is dedicated to my friend Sheryl, who loves Autumn and is currently undergoing surgery.
Pastels, marker and colour pencils.

Beautiful. I love the colors, and her complexion. You should do more art like this, and use more brown for your characters skin color.

I'm not a big fan of yellow tones, but this is fantastic! The atmosphere of the piece is full of warmth that the tan coloration of her skin only adds to. It's a very lovely drawing

The folds of the dress is very nicely done, I love looking at it 
Just curious, for the white highlights of the dress, do you just leave it blank, or use white color pencil?

The skin colors worked very well, despite your professed discomfort!! I feel like pale skin is more of a winter thing-- in the autumn, things are warm and brown. Also, the dress is very nice and smooth.
