Description The AtmosProbe RLSSC-12 was designed to be a robot that could manipulate the weather, but when it was infected with a Militech manufactured virus, it went out of control. It caused a lightning storm the likes of which none have ever seen  i.huffpost.com/gadgets/slidesh… . A stray bolt of lightning hit the robot and caused an overload, making two things occur at the same time. The virus was altered and created a sentience program for the robot to act on its own accord and a lightning shaped hole was caused on its head, the only damaged part of him that can be seen as a vulnerable point. This robot can manipulate the weather, but its preferred use of power is to unleash massive amounts of lightning and absorb all electricity from surrounding buildings and devices.

Yes!  More stuff for Gamer!  This is one of my favorite of your original ideas.  And I love the idea of weather control technology, so seeing a character about it is right up my alley.

Yeah! I wish I could see something like that in real life, but I'd probably need a phantom camera to catch all of its high voltage glory.
