based on a real person.. i started sketching then i realized she kinda looks like a friend, and so, i went for it.... (the poem has no direct relation or dedication, its rather a part of the art piece)

Melanin>insoluble pigments that account for the color of e.g. skin and scales and feathers

the text on the back is this :

within a million fish

people say one heart is not to fret for another
for life itself is as an ocean, full of fish
but i dwell in concussion of such blatant ways
despite eerie flaws and heartache days

i beleive that grandiose things in life
all stride from uniqueness and thrive
as from the million fish among the sea
through stumbled steps i made my mind
from all the fish my heart chose you,
to be the one.
