Description This was recently done for the character design class with Kevin Chen and Hong Ly at Art Center.
Definitely one of my favorite classes that I took.

UPDATE:
To be clear, This is my iteration, an iteration as a video game perhaps, my take on the story Nausicaa. It's not meant to compete with Studio Ghibli's version. This not a fanart, therefore the characters may seem entirely different from the originals.

It looks cool, but, to me, looks less effective (Mainly due to not covering as much, if the red is just cloth) than the scale-mail she actually wore.

Fantastic Art.

Her pose and facial expression remind me very much of Chris Achilleos' amazons etc etc.
