Hm. I'm pretty sure in that panel Tex isn't so much as 'unsheathing' a deadly knife as he is... 'delicately plucking' it from his boot. Rather quickly i'd imagine, but still, haha.
Also Tex, please get your hat back. You are looking decidedly 'un-cowboy' without it. (Unless of course this fight leads to the dramatic unveil of your ever-hidden scalp - in which case, screw the Stetson).
