I still love the backstory of the towers like crazy (though I still haven't played HGSS ever. probs need to) and I love where you're going with the story behind the Johto trio. As always your work is fantastic and the shading/toning of everything is fantastic along with the panel layout and composition. Background work is brilliant and of course the characters look hecka fantastic.

But your version feels authentic and the history behind the origins of Suicune & co. is really interesting. ....YOOOO that dude has an R on his coat thing. I wonder what that could mean.
You've put a lot of detail into each background! I can feel the depth/atmosphere of each panel and that's pretty cool :'D
