App picture for the leader of a Merchants team I'm working on...Ciela the Gulpin is a bubbly and ambitious tradesmon, who traveled the world learning various trades and acquiring skills as a merchant. Unfortunately, being a Gulpin her physical abilities are very limited, and the only way she can employ her knowledge of trades is by hiring someone and directing them.
She has a vast knowledge of woodworking, and is laying the foundation to open a business once she evolves. Until then, she gets by selling various berries and goods her partner Astor the Nidoran helps her make.
She is actually quite serious in nature, but knows that smiles sell goods.
She is quite a flirt.
I haven't ever seen a Gulpin character, and they're my favorite Poison evolution line, so I figured the time was ripe to make one. ; )

As much as Ciela would love to be HIRED to build a base, she herself doesn't have the physical ability, due to being so low to the ground. ; )
