Aaaand here she is! Isn't she a beauty? Couldn't figure out what Vaporeon should've looked like if it chose to evolve and found it come to me one step at a time.

Hardest part? The feet. Couldn't decide what would fit her exactly, what with the dewdrop-antlers and the trident fin. Decided to go with 'seal-stylized' flippers and added foam for the back. The deepened yellow spots on her sides glow when she descends into black water, illuminating all around her with the help of her bulb-glands on the crown of the forehead and under her eyes.

Lagooneo is an elegant swimmer, but is very clumsy on land. When it flees is creates currents that grow into tsunamis, and if threatened, it can create whirlpools. It is very intelligent and is a passive creature. It loves to play and it lives in the oceans.
