I did this for the Vortex-To-Hyrule group of !I wanted to have a conection between the groupname and the pic
So I thought Link and the gale boomerang would be a good idea

I don't know if there are kingdoms in the group, but you can ask the founder
I thought vortex is just an other word for whirl. Because there is no kingdom called Vortex in Zelda games ^^
