Description
Day 7 of Unamused Ungulates, this time featuring the lesser kudu. This antelope is a smaller and shyer cousin of the greater kudu which is one of the biggest living antelopes as well as one of the largest mammals that can adapt well to human settlements while lesser kudus are about less than half of greater kudus' size as well as prefer to live far away from human contact. It lives on eastern Africa as well as may have been present in Saudi Arabia though that is still debated. The females, such as the one pictured here, and the young are reddish-brown while the males are larger and have yellowish gray or darker fur as well as having two long spiralled horns though both sexes have white stripes on their back.Unamused Ungulates belongs to me, myself and I.
