Tropius is one of my absolute favourite Pokemon. I don't know why, maybe it's some residual love of dinosaurs from when I was a kid. I mean, I can still dig dinosaurs but that doesn't explain why I love Tropius so much. I've tried using him in teams, but he's just not very good. But he's a dinosaur, who wears armour made of leaves, and flies using palm tree leaves. And has bananas growing on his neck. Picture this thing soaring through the air and tell me it's not awesome. I dare you.

Tropius seems to be the first guy I've put up who doesn't evolve from or into anything. Pokemon like that are generally stuck being a bit weak, but here's hoping he'll pick up an evolution in the next gen. Something even bigger, leavier, and more dinosaurier. Hopefully something that can hold it's own in a fight too. That'd be sweet. >__>
