You donΒ΄t need to be like that.
For example, one friend of mine died this week, and i love him very much, but iΒ΄m not depressed.
We have to continue our lifes and only keep in our heads, the beautifull things that life give us.
SO, go out side, walk a little.
When iΒ΄m sad, i go to some place and take as many photos as i can.
I hope you stay happy again very soon.
