Real nice concept and expression. The composition and color are excellent also.

Let's see now:
The outfit's a tad girlish, the stockings and shoes are boyish, the face, a little bit boyish.

Include the fact that the shirt buttons appear to be on the subject's right, I'd say this adds up to a boy.

Either way, it's engaging.
