I've just realized that you misspelled her name. it is Chirimiri, which means drizzle. This word is usually used in the north of Spain. The standard Spanish word for drizzle is "llovizna". There is a different colloquial word for that term in every region of Spain. I preferred Chirimiri, because it sounds funny for me and more Japanese-like.
I chose that name because I used to be a fan of Final Fantasy videogames and their main characters usually have wather-related names.

it's a very good job, especially taking into account that you did it by memory, the only major mistake being that that thing on her shoulder is supposed to be a spaulder, and should be bigger. I like very much her pose. You succeeded in drawing her a sweet face and that's the thing I like most about this pic.
I appreciate this character a lot since she is the protagonist of my Claymation show, and for that reason I consider her as being more "alive" deep and with a background story a bit more developped than my previous characters. In the Spanish version of the show I make her voice too, and I couldn't help giving her my childish personality. Somehow I feel connected with this character.
